Powerhouse is looking for investors, landlords, property sourcers and rent-to-rent experts to be featured in the upcoming book ‘Property Trendsetters: Insights and Innovations from Property Experts.’
Explaining the search process, Marketing Director, Cormac Thompson-Hale said:
“This is an important book for us, so we’ll be reaching out to a select group of property professionals. What we’re looking for is role models to show others what they need to do to get started in real estate and become successful.
“They’ll explain common misconceptions and myths, and reveal what their light bulb moments were. Many people are curious about investing in property, but they’re afraid of making mistakes and uncertain what their first steps should be. So our contributors will be truly inspiring to others who are looking for a roadmap to follow.”
It is intended for the book to become a powerful resource for would-be landlords and investors who are curious about property, but are too afraid to take the first step. Also, for first-time landlords and investors who want to take their portfolio to the next level.
Cormac Thompson-Hale, Marketing Director of Powerhouse Publications, added:
“The experts who we select as contributors will have hands-on experience of real estate. They will answer the most common questions about the myths and misconceptions so many people may have – whether it’s about buy-to-let, flipping, houses of multiple occupation, rent-to-rent, foreign rentals, or property sourcing. ‘Property Trendsetters’ will cover all these topics and give a lot of information that is rarely talked about.”
Powerhouse is planning to make an announcement revealing the full selection by September 30th.
“We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, so we really want to showcase those professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share their experiences to benefit of other aspiring investors. That’s what will make this a win win the project.”
