COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – 18 Sep, 2017 –
Vase Vide have announced the release of their latest studio album, ‘Hello, Moon. Good Night.’ due October 10. Produced by Adam Hawkins at Right Heel Music, the album follows up the band’s previous 2017 release of ‘The Colors of Entropy'[EP]. September 12 the band released the album’s first official single “A Melody Says More” along with an accompanying music video directed by cinematographer Thomas Helvenstine.
Vase Vide is a Colorado Spring based art-rock quartet founded in 2016 by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Daniel Oglesby. Taking influence from Experimental, Neo-Psychedelia, and Alternative Rock the quartet delivers a synthesizer-heavy dream-pop sound. Drummer Alex Rich drives the band’s sound through his development of pulsating rhythms backed by the low-end groove of bass player Korey Wilkinson. Oglesby’s haunting vocal style drives the story told by the guitar and synth layers created by he and Dave Gashaw, while multi-instrumentalist Kellie Palmblad adds highlights to the band’s sonic foundation.
Vase Vide will be holding an album release party at The Zodiac in Colorado Springs, Colorado on November 11, 2017.
