CRM Success Workshop and Dynamics 365 Power User Bootcamp Are Scheduled in Charlotte, NC from November 7-9

Success Accelerators, the conference division of C5 Insight, will be conducting CRM Success Workshop on November 7-8 and Dynamics 365 Power User Bootcamp on November 9 on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

CRM Success Workshop is scheduled November 7-8, 2017 on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This event is for customer relationship management owners, sales/marketing/service leaders, and project managers in organizations that are considering or struggling to get the most out of a CRM solution. The workshop will be delivering content on how to get teams to actually use CRM and generate measurable ROI, regardless of the CRM platform. Participants will learn how to develop a visionary plan for CRM, engage leaders and the project team, develop a project roadmap, develop a sales process that the team will buy into, design a change management plan to drive better adoption, and deliver a governance strategy to keep data clean and usage high. Dynamics 365 Power User Bootcamp is scheduled November 9, the day following the CRM workshop. The bootcamp will also be held on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This is a day of hands-on training for sales process owners and “power users” that are considering a new project, upgrading to the latest version of Dynamics 365, or that simply wish to improve their skills. Participants will learn how write reports, charts, dashboards, analyze data in Excel, and create sales/service/marketing process flows to track revenue generation efforts and deliver high-touch customer experiences.
