This week saw the commencement of the long awaited CogX 2018, an event that had set high hopes across the ecosystem. Owing to all the hype and a list of respectable guest panels, the event’s success almost became a prophecy. The cloud space was brimming with talks of the great event long before the event began. 
CogX 2018 was a two-day event with numerous stages hosting different panels featuring global entrepreneurs. Sharing their experiences and their expectations of the upcoming technologies, the speakers explained the vision behind their work and how it must affect the general public. 
A lot many avenues were discussed where blockchain technology could be invested, so as to harvest long term benefits and end-to-end solutions of currently insurmountable problems. Several ideas that in the pipeline for developers were critically analysed and received the opinions of experiences profession and even government officials.
The event successfully lit up Tobacco Dock in London. Having established its supremacy on the social media with the event’s hashtag trending on Twitter, on Day 1 of the event itself, CogX 2018 successfully made the impact that it was aiming for.
