City Beer serves Benton’s Country Ham, a smoked, cured country ham that is salty and rich in flavor. Guests can also order a plate of Brooklyn Cured Coppa with Tasso Spice. The smoky and spicy flavor of cured coppa is enhanced with Cajun tasso spice.
