The National Association of Certified Chiropractors has finished their evaluation study on the importance of trust seals in general as well as the affect a trust seal has on a client’s overall impression of a business that displays the NAOCC.org trusted seal.
Survey’s conducted by online retailers discovered that displaying a trust seal on a website affects their purchasing decisions greatly, in fact over 70 percent of potential customers surveyed said a trust seal was important to them.
NAOCC.org performed it’s own study of chiropractic clients that were searching for a new chiropractor and the results of their study were extremely positive. The trust seals used in the study for online retailers were based on a generic “security” type seal, whereas the NAOCC.org study was on the NAOCC.org trusted seal which was specific to the chiropractic industry.
80% of customers surveyed claimed that the NAOCC.org trusted seal was important to be seen on the website of a chiropractor they were considering selecting. The theory as to why the National Association of Certified Chiropractors trusted seal tested higher than the other surveys conducted was due to the seal being from a specific industry, versus generic.
The NAOCC.org Trusted seal is provided to Chiropractors who have their information verified and confirmed by the National Association of Certified Chiropractors.
