Irving Muniz is a 24-year old marketer that is looking to change the marketing industry with his rather disruptive yet innovative marketing techniques and experience garnered over the years working in the real estate industry as an agent for Long and Foster servicing luxury home sellers and doing rental sales on the side in Virginia. Irving is taking it a notch higher by founding The Modern Marketer as well Yes We Cans.
Irving started his marketing in 2015 at the age of 21, as the youngest realtor at the time in the state. His unique approach to real estate and marketing from an analytical point ensured that he made his mark almost immediately. Irving helped his colleagues at work to improve their sales and marketing campaigns also developing his career by moving as close as possible to market leaders and working so intimately with their business goals.
After contributing immensely to the development of his co-workers in real estate, Irving has ventured into entrepreneurship as a pursuit of his passion. According to Irving, he has also dreamed of owning a business, seeing entrepreneurship as a lifestyle. “Since I was in middle school I would always be interested in business and sales, with motivation to one day be part of the mix,” says Irving Muniz. Growing up around business people as his family owns a large metal recycler as well as a home improvement business. While entrepreneurship remains a difficult venture, Irving has taken the bull by the horns to found his own startup against all odds.
Some of the biggest challenges that “The Modern Marketer” has dealt with in recent times as he grew his business include creating a solid foundation and credibility. His desire to have a business to create that “lifestyle” that entrepreneurship should bring meant putting in more hard work than an average business owner would, which led to him joining the Town Point Club, a club with some of the most important and respected business owners in the area.
Irving is focused on building unique relationships with clients regardless of the nature or size of the business. Some of the features that stand him out from other marketers in the industry and have helped him and his business grow over the years include his unique personal style and competitive business model.
