Seadon’s Kickstarter Campaign Unveils Innovative Athletic Apparel Made with the Environment in Mind

Compared with the manufacturing of virgin polyester tees, Seadon’s The Regenerative Tee saves 90% water and 53% energy

The team at Seadon is thrilled to announce that they’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign, The Regenerative Tee, unveiling their innovative, eco-friendly athletic apparel to the world.

The Regenerative Tee features a streamlined design made for performance and comfort, featuring the team’s signature Air-Knit fabric that offers optimum breathability, quick-dry, moisture wicking and hi-stretch. The fabric is treated with Polygiene’s patented ‘Stay Fresh’ technology- an eco-friendly, high performance anti-odor finish. Air-Knit fabric is certified as Bluesign® approved, meaning it meets and exceeds high ecological standards of fabric production.

“As outdoor enthusiasts, we’re well aware of how much impact our gears have on our planet, and how irresponsible the industry can be. We are here to change all this-by creating top-quality outdoor gear that is better for the environment, and at a fair price point.” said the team at The Regenerative Tee.

Each Regenerative Tee helps divert 8-10 plastic water bottles from landfills and oceans, with each shirt saving 90% water, 53% energy, and 54.6% CO2 compared to the production of a single virgin polyester shirt.

Some of the very first people to try The Regenerative Tee have praised it. “The fabric feels light and airy to touch when wearing it, it’s almost like it’s not even there,” said one recent customer.

The Regenerative Tee will be available for men and women in two different style, the LS and SS.

Through the newly launched Kickstarter campaign, The Regenerative Tee aims to raise capital to bring their apparel to people everywhere by May 2019. Backers will receive early bird specials in both the LS and SS.

The Regenerative Tee offers an lightweight technical shirt made to the highest standards of design and conservation. The team at The Regenerative Tee aims to raise $20,000 to bring their apparel to people everywhere who want to be comfortable, athletic, and eco-conscious.
