The Addictions Coach and founder of The Addictions Academy, Dr. Cali Estes, confirmed they are providing a comprehensive Mentorship Program focusing on helping Addiction Recovery professionals gain new business.
The comprehensive, seven-week Business Mentorship and Mastermind Group training will provide the step-by-step strategies and methods to successfully help individual professionals and treatment facilities get those who need their services into their doors.
Dr. Estes recently stated, “A lot of people are simply not sure where to start, or how to get the word out about what they are doing in business.”
“Therapists and those in Recovery are taught that asking for money can cause a conflict and asking for the rate they deserve is unheard of in the industry,” she continued.
Explaining the need for a Private Mentorship and Group Mastermind marketing program for professional Recovery Coaches and Interventionists, Estes noted, “Closing the client and collecting payment can be an uncomfortable process that many avoid and this can destroy your therapy, recovery coaching, intervention or practice quickly.”
Dr. Estes also reflected, “For some, it is uncomfortable to make the switch from accepting insurance to cash pay clients, for others even how to market yourself and gain clients is a perplexing maze that cannot be navigated.”
The new program is designed to help new and established professionals build and grow their brands, honing their messaging, and establishing a solid client base.
Estes plans to do this with weekly one-on-one mentorship with students in addition to small, but powerful Mastermind Group sessions.
Early reports show the nation’s opioid crisis has reached new proportions in 2018, continuing to increase from the unbelievable 70,000 deaths we saw in 2017. Overdose deaths are now higher than deaths from H.I.V, car crashes, or gun violence at their peaks.
The New York Times recently posted a story in regard to the number of overdose deaths nationwide, “The Numbers Are So Staggering.”
They highlighted “The recent increases in drug overdose deaths have been so steep that they have contributed to reductions in the country’s life expectancy over the last three years, a pattern unprecedented since World War II. Life expectancy at birth has fallen by nearly four months, and drug overdoses are the leading cause of death for adults under 55.”
Nearly 200 people are succumbing to overdose every day in the United States right now, with some areas of the country seeing hundreds of calls daily for heroin overdose.
Dr. Estes has a goal: to get as many professionally trained recovery coaches and interventionists out there as possible. Structured, professional help from trained and certified addiction recovery coaches and interventionists can often be the difference between life and death.
As part of this ambitious goal, Dr. Estes has realized that many of those who are trained to help are overwhelmed by the process of marketing their services, and so she is launching her new Business Mentorship Program to help ease this challenge.
“These are the people who are right in the thick of it, the folks who see this, live in the middle of this drug epidemic. They have the power to instantly save someone’s life and change the course of history by tapping into some basic, but powerful skills,” Estes recently said.
She went on, “As Business Consultants and Business Mentors, I can assure these experts that we will cover every aspect of business development to help them save even more of those lives.”
Dr. Cali Estes and The Addictions Academy have been offering a wide-ranging assortment of advanced training for years in an on-going effort to counteract the growing addiction problem. The Academy has more than 30 faculty teaching over 40 courses in five different languages. Program graduates can be found in 23 countries helping address the addiction problem worldwide.
