Author Chris Denny is a trainer, consultant, and business owner who once simply wanted to help a single employee improve his attention to detail to be more productive and better able to contribute the full depth of his talent and value to the team as well as clients. That was in 2010. After an extensive search, Chris could not find any training courses or materials to provide his employee, so he started making something himself. He quickly realized that the topic was much larger than he had anticipated and that he loved what he was learning. As he peeled back the layers of what it takes to develop well-round attention to detail, Chris became more and more interested in the topic.
After more than five years, that research and passion led to the development of the system he created to help individuals, teams, and organizations become more detail-oriented to reduce errors, increase task accuracy, and improve overall productivity and effectiveness.
