Brooklyn, New York – May 23, 2019 – Fitness enthusiasts will be happy to hear of the new concept fitness center recently launching in Brooklyn on Wednesday, May 22nd. Punch Pedal House offers two very dynamic fitness programs that will make a huge change in how people look. Now is the time to get fit for summer and Punch Pedal House is the most effective way to do it with their new state of the art studio in Brooklyn and a summer long pop-up in Montauk at The Montauk Beach House, presented by Harmless Harvest coconut water.
Imagine, the combination of both a HIIT Indoor Cycling Class + Boxing Boot Camp. Punch Pedal House was created for the “fitness junkie” giving their customer an uplifting sweat driven, and athletic approach to group fitness. With DMX lighting and a cutting-edge sound system, taking a class is like attending a concert. Be advised, although made for all, it does not focus on novice.
Punch Pedal House is also not some high-priced Boutique Health Club, in fact, costs of classes begin at just $25.00. This is the indoor cycling experience that is second to none. 45 or 60 minutes of rhythmic based cycling. A true endurance HIIT cycling class with #partyvibes designed to create a community in the DUMBO neighborhood of their flagship location. The boxing bootcamp was formulated to use metabolic conditioning (METCON), functional strength movements with weights, which focuses on the prevention of injuries in sports, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the skidmills, giving a superior advanced workout to other group fitness classes.
It is literally all under one roof.
“Our mission at Punch Pedal House is encouraging the discovery of personal empowerment and growth amongst one another. Everyone has the chance to greatly influence all aspects of one another’s’ well-being. With our diverse group fitness classes, one can experience several levels of community as they promote their dedication to wellness,” said founder Joseph Foley.
