Interactive Book Uses LED Lights and Invisible Ink to Make Reading Exciting For Children

Creator Has Turned to Kickstarter to Raise Funds to Complete and Publish the Book

Bolingbrook, IL – Feb 27, 2105 – John Mullin is a loving father from the Midwest. He has announced the project “Dylan’s First Day at Magic School”, which is a sequel to the first book he wrote for his son “Dylan’s Great Adventure.” This is an incredible interactive book that will make reading enjoyable for children. John has turned to crowdfunding on Kickstarter to raise seed money that will complete and publish the sequel. The campaign goal is to raise $10,000 by March 23rd, 2015.

John Mullins wrote the book, “Dylan’s Great Adventure”, as a birthday present for when his son turned three. He mixed non toxic UV invisible ink, rubber stamps, stencils, and a fashioned a UV LED light into a mystical magic wand to create the book. His son instantly fell in love with the engaging book. His son was able to use a magic wand, which was the LED light, to illuminate the invisible ink to help him read. Friends and family all around John encouraged him to write another one that other children can enjoy. This prompted him to write another fun children’s book.

“Dylan’s First Day at Magic School” is an enchanting story that will teach children valuable lessons and knowledge they can utilize, as they get older. For instance, the book will teach the alphabet and learning numbers in the book. The beautiful colors and illustrations when the LED light exposes the invisible ink will keep children captivated in the story and encourage them to read more. Reading will impact their mental learning curve in a positive way as they build a strong foundation in reading, analyzing, and writing.

Now John Mullins needs help from supporters to bring this book to the world. Funding from the campaign will go towards paying for a professional artist. He is needed for quality of the project since John is colorblind. This will also pay for equipment and help put the prototype pages into an actual book. There may be plans to have this professionally published once the book is complete.
