Ellie Mae’s Café is an upcoming gluten free cafe and bakery in beautiful city of La Pine, Oregon. With an aim to serve local, organic and fresh food, the café bakery is going to be a family friendly gathering place in La Pine and its creator is now seeking generous support to make her dream a reality. The project is founded by Mariah Clanton, a seasoned culinary wizard, gluten free chef, locavore, mom, and a small business owner, who now aspires to be a restauranteur.
“We are opening a cafe in beautiful Central Oregon that will is surrounded by farms, and we can’t wait to start taking advantage of the vibrant local produce to create some great food,” said Mariah Clanton, while introducing the café to the Kickstarter community. According to Mariah, everything at the café will be made from scratch from simple whole foods, and the entire menu is gluten free.
