Or a city attracting 237 brands to establish their first stores in the first half of 2019 … Dubbed the “Land of Abundance”, this city also scores very highly in the delicacy and fashion stakes.

First Chengdu Master Shopper Competition is coming! Are you our “Chengdu Recommending Stars“?

On July 15, curtain raised for the most electrifying and trendiest “First Chengdu Master Shopper Competition”, casting its net all over Chengdu to search fashion-conscious buyers, well-known trendies and master shoppers. In the end, five “Chengdu Recommending Stars” and ten “Best Shopping Districts Recommended by Master Shoppers” will be handpicked as a shopping guide for both global tourists and local citizens. This exciting event is sponsored by Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, organized by Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and Publication, and co-organized by Chengdu Media Group.

Welcome to upload vlog to our competition platform to compete! You may be one of our five “Chengdu Recommending Stars”!

How to Participate:

1. Please upload your vlog (not longer than 30 seconds) to the H5 page for “First Chengdu Master Shopper Competition”(URL: https://open.weixin.qq.com/connect/oauth2/authorize?appid=wxf6e7ec782ef2649d&redirect_uri=http://app.cdsb.com/cdsb_wxactivity/index.php/Vote/WVotePlayChengDu/index/id/153.html&response_type=code&scope=snsapi_base&state=1&connect_redirect=1#wechat_redirect) to sign up. Your video should focus on shopping guides, business district recommendations by online celebrities, shopping routes, etc. In order to better display the video content, vertical shooting is well advised.

2. Twelve master shoppers with most likes will be selected from all video entries and then the “Shopping 48 Hours in Chengdu” program will be launched. By drawing lots, the twelve candidates will be divided into four threesome groups and choose their respective theme from the four shopping themes of “Visiting First Stores”, “Exploring Chengdu at Night”, “Shopping at New Business Districts” and “New Fashionable Species”, and shoot and upload a guide vlog for 48-hour shopping journey in Chengdu to the H5 page for the competition. Whoever ranks in the top five by likes will be awarded the title of “Chengdu Recommending Star” and the remaining seven will be awarded the title of “Chengdu Master Shopper”;

3. The five “Chengdu Recommending Stars” will be invited to take part in shooting the “Visited by Online Celebrities” series videos.
