Keller Williams Houston Preferred and Roseland Real Estate Group Founder Lavar Harden shares his experience with the Iconic Agent New Construction Marketing Mastery training course that trains real estate agents on how to market and sell new construction homes with very little competition.
Keller Williams Houston preferred real estate agent Lavar Harden, released a testimonial video review detailing his experience with the premium real estate marketing training “The Iconic Agent New Construction Marketing Mastery program.” The training and coaching program was founded by expert marketer, trainer and mentor, Damon Greene.
The program prides itself as being the premier new construction home marketing training for real estate agents both rookie and senior. The New Construction Marketing Mastery training focuses on a simple 3 step process it calls the 3 Step PDA process. The acronym Stands for Projects, Demand and Automation.
Harden is a student of the training and after joining the program, hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back since.
“Most real estate agents think of new home construction sales as an afterthought or they don’t fully understand the fact that they can market and sell new home construction homes as a buyers agent. The truth is it’s easier to market and sell new construction … especially since, as a buyers agent, you have the extra assistance of the on-site sales staff to close the deal, and there’s typically very little competition,” says D. Greene, founder of the program.
In his review of the program Harden states: “One of the things I understand in my business is that Advertising and Marketing are Key components…”
Harden mentioned “Facebook and Instagram are relatively easy so I spend most of my time and dollars on that … Understanding how Google ads worked always seemed so complicated … after taking the training … Now I get it on a much larger scale … the program was taught in a step by step easy to understand format…”
The New Construction Marketing Mastery program has an exclusive vetting system to make sure real estate agents are a good fit for the program. Only 40% of agents that apply are accepted. The program is currently accepting new students.
“We provide a basic FREE training of the 3 step process along with tools and resources. Since this is the only new construction marketing program in existence, we vet each agent to make sure they’re a good fit and those that don’t choose sign up … still get a valuable and actionable training with no strings attached,” says Greene.
