Phoenix, AZ – Linc Miller and Mark Kirstein, owners of Sandler Training by Mercury Professional Development led a workshop of Arizona’s technology executives at the Arizona Technology Councils’ executive retreat in Prescott Arizona, on August 8th. The event was filled with nearly 100 executives and leaders among Arizona’s technology companies.
The two-day event was packed with business owners, CEO, and presidents were some of the participants at event held in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. Some of the prestigious speakers included were Steve Zylstra, President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council, and Andy Lombard, Executive Vice President of Innovation and Venture Development for the Arizona Commerce Authority and Rick Smith, CEO of Axon (formerly Taser).
Sandler’s workshop introduced these technology company leaders to a definitive and concise roadmap to achieve their ambitions for both themselves and their team. Based on Sandler Training’s new book, “The Road to Excellence,” Sandler’s workshop aimed to help set Arizona business leaders on the road to excellence and keep them moving forward.
The presentation featured Sandler’s six definitive steps to leading an organization onto a path of excellence, which is also based on Sandler’s Leadership for Organizational Excellence process. The presentation was interactive, with a high level of audience engagement, including select directed activities where attendees worked in groups on specific aspects of the Excellence program as they apply them to their businesses.
