Interviewer: Give us a brief about your background?
I was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela where I attended Law School and soon after I graduated I moved to Boston, where I completed a dual Masters Degree in International Commerce and E-Commerce at Boston University.
Interviewer: Tell us about your career as a real estate agent so far?
In 2003 I moved to Miami and it was really challenging to find a job. I worked in several industries before exploring Real Estate. As I submerged myself in the process of obtaining my real estate license, I discovered a great opportunity in foreclosures, where I had the opportunity to apply my legal knowledge and combine it with real estate. The process did not come easy. It was a daily struggle to find investors at the time since it was in the middle of the real estate crash, but at the end of the day, and after buying several properties and making great profits, investors began to believe in me and my business grew exponentially.
Interviewer: How’s your experience working for the entertainment industry?
I really enjoyed working in the entertainment industry. I enjoy the challenge and at the same time, it is really gratifying when you are able to find a home but at the same time a good investment for your clients. I have met extraordinary people through all of these years.
Interviewer: What makes you stand apart from your counterparts?
I think all real estate transactions begin and end with trust. Searching for a home for yourself or for your investments is not something that most people undertake lightly, so I see it as my duty to ensure that my clients have an opportunity to choose from what they are looking for. That is why through the years have undertaken my clients’ searches as if they were my own, it takes patience and thoroughness, but at the end of the day, it is an incredibly gratifying feeling.
