Chef Anthony Thomas is a a self-taught chef and author that is poised with using his culinary skills and passion for making healthy meals to help millions of people across the globe embrace a healthy eating culture. Anthony attended Bowie State University majoring in sociology with a minor in criminal justice. However, he dropped out of school to attend to a life-threatening matter, having to undergo brain surgery at age 19 to remove an Arteriovenous Venus Malformation. He realized his passion for culinary arts having been there for years and always overlooking it after the surgery and during recovery.
