Nov 7, 2019 – Clearwater, FL – Local Tampa Bay artist Caroline Karp will release a series of 15 small paintings on canvas size 12×12 inches, each intuitively inspired and formed around a word of intention. Each multi-layered mixed media painting begins by meditatively placing black tissue paper on a blank canvas, adding color with acrylics and then sculpting in what is SEEN.
Caroline will also be offering Customized Word of Intention Art, which is an experience where the artist offers a 30-minute one-on-one Discovery and Planning Call that leads to her intuitively and collaboratively creating these works for others. The artwork reflects a person’s desires for the new year.
The Word Of Intention Art Collection celebrates desires, wishes and dreams and all the emotions we carry as we encounter the end of one year and the beginning of a new one. “The practice of setting a WORD of the YEAR, or a WORD of INTENTION, shapes us in a beautiful, organic way. We set intentions not just because of what we GET, but also because of who we BECOME on the journey. The journey begins when we discover our Word of the Year … or when it discovers us! I love that feeling of discovery,” said Caroline Karp.
