Suet, a transactional email analytics and reporting platform, announced today the launch of the complete redesign and rebranding of the product as Mailintel to proper reflect its mission and communicate its vision.
“We believe emails sent to users are an important piece of every product. They give visibility into users, engagement and how they interact with the product. Over the last couple of years, Suet has provided this analytics and reporting dashboard for transactional emails from Mailgun and Amazon SES. Now, it’s time to do more”, said the founder Opeyemi Obembe.
The new Mailintel dashboard (mailintel.io) now includes business intelligence tools for user and mail intelligence and segmentation. Users of the application can now segment their users, mails and activity feed based on parameters like email, subject, interaction date, action (delivery, opens, clicks, fails), clicked links and many more. This makes it easy to filter users and mails to see interaction and performance.
The project started over two years ago as an open source analytics and reporting dashboard for transactional emails and soon became a fully managed product. The managed version has since managed over 2 million mail events for users while the open source version has been deployed by lots of developers for their own projects and to extend analytics and reporting for Mailgun and Amazon SES.
The rebranding includes a top-to-bottom redesign of the site, logo, graphics, communication channels and infrastructure upgrades. The current Suet domain and existing application will continue to work for a couple of weeks then will redirect to the new domain and application at mailintel.io
Mailintel provides detailed analytics, reporting and business intelligence for transactional emails and campaigns sent through Mailgun or Amazon SES. It shows how sent emails are performing and how users interact with the emails.
