RICHMOND, VA – DECEMBER 16, 2019 – Our Fathers Foundation (OFF), a local nonprofit organization aimed at serving children and young adults coping with grief, has partnered with Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Church, the Mercy Mall of Virginia, and River City Roll to kick off its Acts of Kindness holiday donation drive on Dec. 1st.
The Acts of Kindness donation drive serves to spread joy to families who have experienced severe illness or grief over the course of this year. Supporters can either make monetary donations or shop for wishlist items and drop them off at River City Roll on December 21st from 1 to 5pm. As a small token of appreciation, River City Roll will be providing free games of bowling for supporters during the drop off window.
“It’s an honor to help those in need in the local Richmond community,” says Our Fathers Foundation co-founder Xavier Lee. “The holiday donation drive is something we plan on continuing, and we hope to assist more families for years to come.”
