David Luber, CEO of College Mansion today announced the re-launch of CollegeMansion.com, a leading source of information for all things college entertainment and its lifestyle. The new website design offers users and members exclusive access to the best in collegiate entertainment on the web through student-sumitted blogs and testimonials covering everything that happens on campus. Aside from the crisp, clean design, the new domain packs a punch with enlarged photos, user-friendly navigation and supreme functionality, enhancing the ultimate experience. Unique to College Mansion are the plethora of user-submitted profile pages by the most beautiful college girls across the nation. CollegeMansion.com makes the grade and is sure to be a leader as a top website on Quantcast ratings platform.
Luber has shown to be very strategic in growing the brand as a leader in the contemporary market space. Since last year, he has hired award-winning web development company Brunello Creative (Men’s Health, Prevention), brought on board President, T.J. Eaton (H2M Beverage, Student City), broadened relationships with anchor account Anheuser-Busch, and is now building a board of partnerships with Universities and campus decision makers. “College Mansion covers everything outside of the classroom. Away from home, students are making first time decisions that will impact them for a lifetime. Relationships that will mold their future. We simply saw a niche in the marketplace to cover it,” says Luber.
In addition to the strong on-line presence, College Mansion increased its vast student market share announcing the launch of Campus Nation. The program and distribution model is marketing launch pad and incubator for partnering brands through their Campus Managers at over 150 major campuses and universities. In just the first month of inception, Campus Nation teamed up with celebrity DJ Pauly D on his new venture — REMIX Cocktails — with the procurement of aged 21+ Campus Managers aimed to take over the pre-game space on campus.
“Campus Nation employs Campus Managers throughout the country for product distribution and community engagement. Our collegiate network of on-campus ambassadors are excited to champion the College Mansion lifestyle. The movement has exploded and students are challenged to share partnering brands through their extensive peer networks at school. Campus Managers are also tasked with covering college entertainment through user submitted blogs to CollegeMansion.com, competing for the ultimate dream prize, a VIP all-inclusive spring break vacation to Cancun, Mexico. It is the ultimate job to have on campus, if you can even call it work,” says T.J. Eaton, President of College Mansion.
