Altamonte Springs, Florida – April 1st, 2015 – The innovative mobile app, i-Skool, is revolutionizing the way children learn. Creator Mary Bart developed this app together with the developers of Playfulshark to enhance the learning experience of kids to make it accessible and effective in supporting a child’s educational development. In order to launch i-Skool to other schools and children around the world, the creators have announced the launch of the IndieGoGo campaign. The goal is to raise $100,000 by May 9th, 2015.
i-Skool challenges the traditional method of teaching kids in a classroom and offers an interactive software solution that will improve the users brain function and ability to effectively learn any subject. The mobile app aims to transform the lives of children all around the world; giving everyone a chance to learn despite of economic and social conditions. By offering an easy to access solution, children have hope to a bigger and brighter future. It gives children hope and encourages them to explore and learn.
In the age of technology, i-Skool improves the users learning abilities by creating thinking tasks that correlates with physical activity. It has been proven that thinking, memorizing, and practicing cognitive skills, while moving, enhances brain activity and leads to better thinking. This new concept is going to change the way education will be taught to kids, to improve the United States education system. The application is great for all ages ranging from Kindergarten to College and will be made available to everyone around the world.
Also, more than 39 percent of the US education system already uses some form of Mobile Learning, and this number is continuing to grow. The current generation relies heavily on mobile devices and tablets, which is why i-Skool is an ideal learning tool that everyone will benefit from.
The software will be distributed to school districts, teachers, and parents. There will be two parts: gameplay and backoffice. The gameplay is what users will be exposed to, while the backoffice is for teachers and parents so they can design learning materials, content, goals, incentives, and review results. Learning templates will be made available on this new software. As the user continues to play, they will receive special rewards for achieving certain tasks that incorporate movement. Tests will have three different modes: test, competition, and collaborative, which allows for group plays.
However, i-Skool still needs help in finishing development and distribution of the software. Those who wish to support the cause for better education, please make a contribution by visiting the campaign or clicking here.
Backers can choose from many attractive rewards as a “thank you” for the support! Please share this on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks to spread the word about this great new learning software!
