Deirdre Aaron, a 2010 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, was previously a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. During law school, Ms. Aaron worked on employment discrimination matters as a clerk to an administrative judge at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and she worked on class action litigation, including employment matters, at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC.
Sally J. Abrahamson, a 2009 graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law, was previously a litigator of collective action and individual wage-and-hour cases at the D.C. Employment Justice Center. Before that, Ms. Abrahamson was a law clerk to the Honorable Frank Montalvo, U.S. District Judge in the Western District of Texas, El Paso Division.
Naomi Sunshine, a 1995 graduate of New York University School of Law, was previously an associate at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP in San Francisco, where she represented workers and others in federal and state claims of wage-and-hour violations, employment discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, consumer, and disability class actions. Before working at Schneider Wallace, Ms. Sunshine clerked for the Honorable Constance Baker Motley and the Honorable Victor Marrero, both of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
