Ken Friedman Joins Tech Benders as Tech Support Manager

CRM Technical Support Veteran Brings Over 30 Years of Act and Zoho Software Experience to Position

Boca Raton, FL – Tech Benders, LLC is pleased to announce that Kenneth Friedman has joined its staff as Tech Support Manager.  Friedman, who is located in Warren, Vermont, will provide database design, training, and technical telephone and web-based support for domestic and international Act! and ZOHO users.  Friedman has over 15 years of both Act! and ZOHO experience. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of CRM ranging from database installation and customization to maintenance and troubleshooting, with particular expertise in ZOHO conversions.

A graduate of Brooklyn College with a PH.D. in Anthropology from the City University of New York, Graduate Center, Friedman has also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business administration.   Among other achievements, Friedman taught basic and advanced courses at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, was a Member of Microsoft’s Ecommerce Advisory Board.  As president of Corporate Micros and then Silkroad Interactive, Friedman also designed numerous databases for major corporations, including multiple systems employed in the White House.
