With the aim of combating the effect today’s world is having on our mental health, Manchester media agency, Bind, have teamed up with World Record Holder, Amy Hughes, to provide a free monthly virtual Pilates class to the general public.

This isn’t like a typical virtual class.
For one, your instructor is a mean, lean, cardio machine. Amy Hughes. Amy is an instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp, an ambassador for Lululemon and an endurance running world record holder completing 53 marathons in 53 days (bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-29394978).
Secondly; although this is a free event, participants will be encouraged to donate to local mental health charities if they enjoy the class.
Bind are passionate about charity, recently raising £17,000 (businessmanchester.co.uk/2020/04/30/north-west-agencies-join-forces-to-raise-money-with-marathon-relay/) to help support Covid 19 relief efforts.

Amy Hughes Bio:
Amy Hughes (born 1987)is a British marathon runner.
In 2014-15, Hughes completed 53 marathons in 53 days, which broke the Guinness World Record of consecutive marathons.
In 2017, Hughes broke the 7 day treadmill world record, by running 521 miles (838 km) over seven days at the Trafford Centre.
Amy has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years. She started out as a personal trainer and sports therapist, Amy turned her hand to Pilates just shy of 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Amy teaches both mat and reformer Pilates in her Manchester studio, at clients houses, live on zoom and at corporate offices. Amy has worked with an array of clients- from mums to high performing athletes, to business men and women to service workers and really knows how to make every single person feel welcome and capable of anything they put their mind to.
Bind is a media agency set up in 2018 by brothers Oliver, Will and Max.
In 2019 Bind won ‘best small digital agency’ at the Prolific North Awards
