In terms of the core technologies of the engine, transmission, Chinese companies do not have advantage. But as for batteries, motors, and electronic control systems, China’s competitiveness is evident. The energy consumption of new energy vehicles is not low, but it is indeed lower than that of fuel vehicles. All new energy vehicles use clean energy — electricity and achieve zero emission, which is a big advantage over traditional cars. For environmental protection, this is of great significance.
In the future, consumers will be more open to accepting new energy vehicles. The attraction of China’s new energy automotive market to foreign automobile brands will become more evident. More people are drawn to new energy vehicles. In general, Chinese consumers are more receptive to innovation, which is an advantage of the Chinese market.
In the meantime, China’s automotive market is becoming more individualized, high-end and quality-oriented.
