While most people were thankful to have a job and some sense of stability, Dillon Ross, an entrepreneur from New Jersey, decided he wouldn’t let what’s going on in the world slow him down from scaling his young marketing agency.

Dillon says he sometimes worries that his persistence via email and on the phone will be perceived as annoying by some clients but would hate his clients to second guess whether they value their business.

His company is currently working with about ten clients on a month-to-month basis, with more clients coming for a one-off service like getting a new website designed or an existing one redesigned. They are currently taking on more clients but are selective about who they work with to ensure that they can maintain the highest customer service level. Dillon’s old-school charm has him understanding that the client always comes first, and he has built his company around that philosophy.
