Morgan “DJ Prosperity” Moore is making her way up the ranks with her unique musical style. Her performances are characterized by artistic combinations of chill tunes and rhythms that keep her apart from the crowd. Her singing voice has a soothing quality to it that, in combination with her exceptional vocal control and epic songwriting skills, has caught the hearts of her fans.
In addition to being an artist, she is a music producer as well. In her most recent creative endeavor, she has connected with fellow artist and high school buddy Keithan “Kdot” Randall to come up with a fresh new style of music. They have combined their musical mastery to write and produce their collaboration album, VII. Originally intended to feature ten tracks, the name has a simplistic appeal in that it is derived from the number of songs that made it to the final product.
DJ Prosperity and Kdot have been together since their high school marching band days, and it comes as no surprise that the pair has an incredible rapport evident in the seamlessly coordinated tracks. This collaboration has been a long time in the making, and VII will be the first time that they come together in a musical project.
With their combined extensive background in music and their individually unique musical style like no other, fans expect the outcome to be as surprising and captivating as their previous performances. This collaboration between two amazingly talented artists is a musical masterpiece that brings a new flavor to the music industry. VII paved the way for more collaborative work between the pair in the future.
DJ Prosperity’s musical mastery is born of Morgan Moore’s over 20 years of experience in instrumentation. By extensive and consistent practice, she developed an expert sense of hearing for choosing the right sounds and instruments that will harmonize to the desired effect in her compositions.
“That’s how I was able to get my sound,” she says as she details her musical history, “by practicing all the time.” As an impressionable child with an intense love for music, she had been immersed in music as she grew up. At nine years old, she set foot upon the stage to sing her first-ever performance: a Whitney Houston song as a talent show entry.
As she grew, music never really strayed far from her mind. She joined the school band, where she met Kdot and played the saxophone all the way through high school. Some time later saw the young DJ Prosperity picking up the keyboard and eventually exploring music recording.
As an aspiring artist, Morgan Moore was highly inspired by various musical geniuses, including Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, and Donell Jones. Her one-of-a-kind music style is a harmonious mishmash of selected aspects of many music genres, including hip hop, R&B, jazz, and pop.
Today, it is as unsurprising as it is expected that Morgan “DJ Prosperity” Moore’s musical endeavor will steadily gain traction and reach a lot more listeners. Visit her linktr.ee to access her social media accounts and find out where to listen to VII here.
