In cooperation with Aachen University of Technology in Germany, Shandong Huate Magnet Technology Co.,Ltd., the chairman of the magnetoelectric alliance, has successfully developed a near infrared hyperspectral intelligent sensor separator. It has played a vital role in solving the problem of waste disposal in dry pre-selection of various non-metallic ores and metal ores in China, improving the effective utilization of minerals, reducing the cost of mineral processing, and filling the domestic gap.
Annual production of 2000 sets (sets) of intelligent magnetoelectric mineral processing equipment production line manufacturing workshop phase I project completed and put into operation, Magnetoelectric Alliance public service platform project-Industry 4.0 Sino-German magnetoelectric and intelligent sensor technology mineral processing experiment center, Shandong provincial Hengbiao inspection and analysis center was built and put into use. A large number of beneficiation experiments have been conducted on various difficult-to-select minerals and solid wastes at home and abroad, and good application results have been achieved, and good industrial promotion and application have been obtained.
The 5.0T/500 cryogenic superconducting magnetic separator developed in cooperation with the Institute of High Energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was exported to Europe, achieving foreign exchange earning through export, and was widely praised by users at home and abroad.
Close cooperation among the member units of the magnetoelectric alliance has also achieved fruitful results in 2020: Weifang Xinli Superconducting Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology to carry out superconducting magnetic beneficiation process research, application for four patents; Specialized magnetic resonance intelligent imaging technology research and personnel training work with Shandong University and Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Introduce 1 overseas postdoctoral fellow, 1 doctorate and 1 vice president of science and technology.
The School of Mining Engineering, North China University of Technology and science and the alliance units Huate Magnetoelectricity, Haiwang Hydrocyclone and other units have completed more than 20 enterprise commissioned projects. Completed the National Fund “Research on the Mechanism of Ultrafine Grinding Activation of Low-grade Phosphate Rock” and the Provincial Fund “Research on the Mechanism of Hematite Magnetic Flotation Separation”; Cooperated with Huate Magneto to complete the commissioned projects of Russia’s kaolin purification, Anhui quartz iron removal, Chengde specular iron ore bulk dry separation, wet pre-selection, etc.
The College of Chemistry and Bioengineering of Shandong University of Science and Technology has been approved 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 5 projects of the Youth Fund. A total of 9 natural science fund projects such as Shandong Key R & D Program. Developed more than 20 horizontal projects with Sinosteel Group, Xinwen Mining Group, Anshan Iron and Steel Group and other units, obtained 14 national invention patent authorizations, and 9 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
Leike Environment’s “Sediment Elution and Ecological Restoration Technology” won the “Certificate of Promotion of Advanced Practical Water Conservancy Technology” by the Ministry of Water Resources and the “National Construction Industry Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Project Certificate” by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2019. In 2020, it won the “Dayu Water Conservancy Science” Third Prize of Technology Award”; “Algae Water Online Separation Magnetic Capture Technology” won the “2019 Anhui Province’s First Set of Major Technical Equipment Catalog” and the Ministry of Water Resources “2020 Mature and Applicable Water Science and Technology Achievements Promotion and Application List”…
