Palm Springs, CA, USA – January 18, 2021 – Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 2nd Watercolor International Art Exhibition. The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art.
For this exhibition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, were invited to submit their best watercolor art. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their work in any media.
The Watercolor Best in Show winner is Judith Rackham for her watercolor painting “The Opponent” As the Best in Show winner, Judith is invited to participate in Fusion Art’s 6th Annual Group Show in Palm Springs in 2022.
The gallery gave awards to the top 10 winning artists in the exhibition. In addition to Judith, the 2nd through 10th Place winners are Kim Winberry, Hunter X Huang, Nelson Hee, Heather Jovanelli, Valentina Gottschling, Roy Tibbits, Marcia Berg Haskell, Cher Pruys and Abigail Albano-Payton.
Rounding out the awards for the exhibition are six Honorable Mention winners. Honorable Mention awards were given to Theodore Heublein, Kate Peper, Vaughan Davies, Elizabeth Burin, Nicholas Kozis and Lisa Freeman-Wood.
The remaining finalists in the exhibition all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.
The international competition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, India, China, Austria, Japan and France. Overall, the gallery judged 204 entries for the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for the month of January.
Founded by Award winning artist, Chris and Valerie Hoffman, Fusion Art was envisioned and formed out of a passion for art and the artists who create it. The website promotes and connects new, emerging and established artists with collectors and art enthusiasts, while offering the opportunity to participate in art competitions, exhibitions and experiences.
