In the ever changing global economy, as some job roles might slowly disappear, other roles and responsibilities have started to form. With many people adapting to working from home the so called “work environment” has also been new territory for most. Many firms globally have had to create roles that previously never existed, due to the previous close-knit work environment no longer existing.
IWL Consulting understands that even though some of the team might need to work from home, they will need access to more management ensuring their disciplined pipelines remain fully operational and stress-free. With this knowledge they have added two new faces to the management team. Their hope is that the new additions mean more regular contact with the team to make certain that they are comfortable and have increased support whilst working in these challenging times.
With many businesses resorting to implementing increased redundancies, we asked the CEO of IWL Consulting Mr. Edward Braun why he had chosen to add new roles:
“Even in times of a global pandemic, our team understands that our only goal is the success of our clients whilst maintaining our own path to success. We have decided to add to our team so that our colleagues know that we value them highly and will do everything in our power to ensure they stay safe, whilst performing optimally.
“We created these positions so we can manage the new workflow while ensuring a smooth transition in the company. Therefore it was a no-brainer for us to hire more help for our team to continue to grow.”
During such challenging times it is a bold move to increase the workforce, but the team at IWL Consulting are confident that with the right level of planning it will benefit their company and help push forward for another outstanding financial year.
