Honolulu, HI – Feb 1st, 2021 – Coco Moon Hawaii has officially announced the launch of a new line of photo baby blankets, in collaboration with world renowned fine art photographer Lola Pilar Hawaii. Coco Moon was launched in 2015 with the simple idea for a Hawaii-inspired baby blanket that everyone would love and connect with. Since then, the company has expanded exponentially and has instituted a “Give Back” program where a portion of all proceeds goes to local, community-based programs.
Coco Moon Hawaii specializes in all types of children’s clothing, photo blankets, security blankets, quilts, crib sheets and more. The owner of Coco Moon Hawaii was quoted as saying, “These blankets were designed as a beautiful frame for all of the pictures you take of your little ones, whether it’s to announce their arrival, document their monthly photos, or just capture that toothless smile.” She went on to say, “We design buttery-soft baby essentials inspired by memories of a childhood in Hawaii — uniquely modern with island soul. We are so thankful to share a piece of our hearts with you and for all of the new memories being created with Coco Moon. Mahalo for welcoming us into your ‘ohana.”
When economic times are rough it is more important than ever to support the “mom and pop” stores, especially through these trying times. Instead of shopping at huge corporate stores and getting a generic photo baby blanket for that important milestone in a family’s life, maybe it’s time to opt for a more unique, inspiring photo baby blanket that will last the test of time, all while supporting the smaller shops. More importantly, they seem to understand their responsibility and place within the community, as their company spokesperson was quoted as saying, “As of early 2020, we’ve been able to make donations to over 30 local organizations doing impactful work for our environment, our children, and the overall health of our communities.”
