Copenhagen, Denmark & Covington, Kentucky – Continuing their mission to share the world’s fairy tales and folktales, educational brand Fairytalez announced their new mobile app, Fairytalez Audiobook Stories, today. The ad-free app is the first of its kind, offering unlimited on-demand streaming of fairy tale and folktale audiobooks from around the world for all ages.
The new app is an extension of Fairytalez.com, an online library that features over 4,000 stories and receives 70,000 visitors a month. Fairy tale lovers will have instant access to quality audiobooks of stories from the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, and other authors. Featuring a diverse and ever-expanding library, Fairytalez Audiobook lets users stream audiobooks on iOS and Android devices. At press time, Fairytalez Audiobook Stories offered hundreds of hours of entertainment.
“We continuously search archives and read through hundreds of books to share these hidden gems on Fairytalez.com. A year ago we decided to bring our collection to audio, and now we are proud to present the result; our Fairytalez Audio Book app, which will bring even more life to our stories. Most of our narrators are from the US, but the app is actually a very global endeavor with staff also located in South Africa, Denmark, Bulgaria, and Serbia,” said North American representative, Bri Ahearn. “We know Fairytalez.com has been a crucial source for teachers and parents, particularly during the pandemic, and we hope the app will help people through the final stages of the pandemic, or at least not make it as boring.”
The app’s themed collections for tales about Mermaids, Dragons, Princesses, Cats, and many other subjects will hopefully introduce readers to new favorites. Users can also enjoy classic novel audiobooks such as Heidi, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. New stories are added every week and categories are expanded monthly. Subscribers can listen to as many stories as they want, bookmarking favorites for bedtime, bathtime, or anytime. The Fairytalez app supports car-play for hands-free listening and offline mode for listening on the go.
Monthly subscriptions to Fairytalez Audio Books are $4.99 a month USD, and new users receive 14 days of full access free. Subscribers can opt-out and cancel at any time.
