Technology Game Changers (TGC) is launching a crowdfunding campaign on Friday, February 26th, 2021, to give investors an opportunity to help open doors for minority female entrepreneurs in creating mobile apps that work to improve wellness and stimulate mindfulness through the industry of gaming.
Technology Game Changers (TGC) is a successful minority woman-owned startup app and video gaming company that is located in Silicon Valley, California. Its prominent neighbors include major corporations such as Google, Apple, and Facebook.
The CEO and Founder of TGC, Cherrylle Hatchett, has over 15 years’ experience working in IT implementation, astrology, and gaming. She has been working diligently with her team of Millennials, Gen X, Urban culture connoisseurs, and game design specialists to build the first ever Astrology Emoji’s Meditation App (AE) for iOS and Android phones, as well as an Astrological, Sci-Fi, female-warrior video game called Lemurian Warriors.
Lemurian Warriors Video Game (LW) will be available for PC, digital console download, and mobile phones. It will also be available on video gaming platforms for PC, Xbox Live, Twitch, Steam, Digital downloads, Apple, and Android store. Future distribution plans with major console companies, such as PlayStation, Nintendo, and Atari VCS.
The goal of this campaign is to raise seed funding. This will be done through three seed rounds totaling $5 million when completed. Each round is designed to generate $1.7 Million, in which round 1 begins today, Friday, February 26th.
The total raised to date through the pre-seed round is $284,000. (This is considered owner equity.)
Details for the remaining two seed rounds will be disclosed at a later date. The Crowdfunding campaign is available to access on the Fundable Crowdfunding site.
Astrology Emoji’s App revenue model is Freemium, premium, and a monthly subscription service with several in-app purchasing options.
Lemurian Warriors Game revenue model will be Free-to-play, which is over 85% of all game revenue. Battle passes and Zen bucks are our revenue streams.
The assumptions include the following:
- 30% Key Hires and Payroll
- 30% Contractors and Development Expenses
- 30% Marketing and Sales
- 10% Overhead Expenses, Legal and Licensing Fees
When completed, both of these gaming apps will be available to the public through the Apple Store and Google Play.
TGC designs applications for gaming, entertainment, and educating its users. It also aims to enlighten its users about astrology, meditation, and Lemuria.
