The Lipper Fund Awards from Refinitiv have honoured funds and fund management firms that have excelled in providing consistently strong risk-adjusted three-, five-, and ten-year performance relative to their peers, based on Lipper’s proprietary performance-based methodology. The ICON Natural Resources Fund, Institutional Class has won the award for the three-year, five-year, and ten-year periods, which ended 11/30/2020. The ICON Equity fund has won the award for the ten-year period which also ended 11/30/20.

Thess agreements may only be terminated with the approval of the SCM Trust Board. Shelton may be reimbursed for any foregone advisory fees or unreimbursed expenses within three fiscal years following a particular reduction or expense, but only to the extent the reimbursement does not cause the Fund to exceed applicable expense limits, and the effect of the reimbursement is measured after all ordinary operating expenses are calculated. Any such reimbursement is subject to the review and approval of the SCM Trust Board.
