World Series of Golf, Inc. (OTC Pink: WSGF) stock soared on Monday following news that interest in its Vaycaychella real-estate investment app is surging. The company noted a doubling of its beta test user base and, more importantly, confirmed that the full production launch remains on schedule to happen in June of this year. That’s excellent news for WSGF investors and the retail real estate investment community. Here’s why:
Vaycaychella is doing something very different through a distinctive kind of investment app. In fact, it may be the only one designed to empower a new generation of short-term rental property operator entrepreneurs. And by facilitating relationships between investors and vacation property owners, it’s targeting a massive market opportunity that until now has been ignored. For retail investors who want to build a global real estate portfolio, this app could be the defining tool to make it happen even through fractional ownership.
And beyond users, WSGF could be an enormous beneficiary of the app’s success.
A Massive Interest In Real Estate Investment
All indications are that Vaycaychella 1.0 will be met with overwhelming interest and download demand. While that’s great news for vacation rental property owners and investors, it’s also excellent for WSGF, which expects the app to generate upwards of $100 million in revenues during its first 12-months of global service.
It’s a considerable estimate but entirely possible. In fact, as possibly the very first alternative real estate finance application designed to facilitate the purchase of short-term rental properties, it could set a standard for others to chase. Some speculate that Vaycaychella can become the Robinhood app for retail traders wanting to build a property portfolio. Most agree.
WSGF acquired Vaycaychella last year, making the new business acquisition its primary focus. Fast forward, WSGF has filed for a name change that more reflects the company’s mission and has reached the final testing milestone. Thus, the 35% surge thus far on Monday makes sense, especially with the untethered launch expected to happen in less than 90 days. And if the bullish sentiment builds into the launch, expectations are that the stock could quickly return to highs set earlier this year, which could lead to an almost doubling in price from current levels.
As noted, Vaycaychella is more than halfway through its March beta test. Moreover, with each passing day, the volume has been growing. That increase is also pushing share prices higher, with shares soaring by more than 100% intraday earlier this month. That jump came on the launch of the beta test. Expectations are for much more significant gains on the actual launch.
In fact, there is good reason to believe they will. After all, Vaycaychella is expected to change the landscape for retail investor participation in the billion-dollar vacation real estate market. Better yet, Vaycaychella may be the only alternative finance application designed to facilitate the purchase of short-term rental properties, empower a new generation of short-term rental property operator entrepreneurs (or Rentrepreneurs), and provide immediate access to the tool needed to build a property interest portfolio. It’s a far different business model than Airbnb (ABNB). Moreover, the success of the app would transform WSGF overnight.

WSGF Shareholders Benefit Too
Undoubtedly, March produced a milestone, but April can generate a catalyst. And the gains in share price on Monday could be a prelude to more significant increases to come. Moreover, beyond at least one catalyst in WSGF’s crosshairs, Version 2.0 of the app, expected later in the year, could make Vaycaychella a dominant app in the cryptocurrency crowdfunding space as well. There, it would add features to expand alternative finance options available to entrepreneurs around the globe.
Keep in mind that investors in the US often take things for granted. They have banks on almost every corner, real estate agents by the millions, and access to information with a single click. Investors in many other countries don’t have that luxury. Thus, while Vaycaychella may only sound like an innovative app to some, others view it as an invaluable resource to build wealth through property ownership and investment. It could potentially become their go-to source for investment.
And that is the difference-maker in setting this app up to be a game-changing investment solution to millions of users. It also makes WSGF a breakout candidate in 2021.
