Three Trees Flooring offer over 200 shades made from Eco-friendly European FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) sourced raw wood. This is shaped into long lasting flooring in Canada. Renovation and restoration businesses use Three Trees Flooring as a specialized supplier for authentic period looks using Cirnova® stains for ageing. Custom designed new build projects use Scandinavian look Herringbone designs. These can be done in all of Three Trees Flooring collection shades. A reclaimed wood project design used the Mervella parquet designs from the Versailles Collection. Other Three Trees Flooring Collections include Veneto, Nordic, Reactive and Elemento.
“Our products are a go to product used in the building industry as well as in the retail market,” says a spokesperson for Three Trees Flooring. “We are confident we can create whatever flooring may be needed to create the atmosphere required. Our two-tone finish flooring is very popular and shows off the flow of the wood grain.”
There are also easy to clean pet-friendly choices for the whole family. Hard wood floors are ranked using a Janka Hardness scale. The higher the Janka rating is the harder the wood. These types of woodsare good choices and soft woods should be avoided even if treated because of clawing.
“People often think they can’t have nice flooring if they have pets,” says a spokesman for Three Tree Flooring. “This isn’t the case. We can do the popular Chevron style flooring which has been featured with Bella the dog on our Instagram page.”
The engineered hardwood created at Three Trees Flooring is the European style tongue and groove. This type of flooring was first invented in 1885 using a side matcher machine to produce large quantities. It holds together and does not need to be nailed to the floor joists. An Osmo UV Poly X Oil Finish is used to seal the flooring. This type of finish is liquid resistant to household spills such as cola, coffee, water and wine. The grain of the wood can still be seen and there is no cracking flaking or peeling. This flooring also includes a balancing backing layer and cross-ply construction for a stronger more long lasting product.
