DHARAMSHALA, INDIA – For thousands of years, humans have been on a quest to develop a full understanding of their bodies. From this journey, they developed incredible breakthroughs through traditional medicine, but, amazingly, there’s still much left to be understood. Because of this, many people seek out a more holistic approach to develop their understanding further, and from there, they turn to Ayurvedic medicine. For many in Western society, studying Ayurveda can be overwhelming at first, but with experts like Dr. Shivani Sood, Ayurvedic doctor and holistic health coach for high performers, there’s an easier path to learning that helps them seamlessly implement it into their lives.
In 2003, Dr. Shivani was wrongly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. In addition to crooked fingers, she suffered from intense pain and fatigue. Thankfully, this turned out to be an infection and was subsequently fixed. However, the experience brought her back to Ayurvedic medicine, where she became fascinated with its psychological and holistic aspects.
Now, she’s a certified Ayurveda specialist, a professional member of NAMA, an honorary member of the Polish Association of Ayurveda Prana, and has lectured at the 2009 Kauai Wellness Expo. Over the past seventeen years, she’s performed over 10,000 one-on-one consultations, 36 international projects in Europe and the U.S., and actively works at her clinic in India. As a passionate advocate for Ayurvedic medicine and women’s empowerment, she hopes to bring Ayurvedic principles to modern-day life in the hopes of making people become high performers and making positive changes in their lives.
This May, Dr. Shivani is launching a ten-week intensive training program to become an official Ayurveda consultant, all based on the thousands of consultations she’s provided over her years as a professional. This program is perfect for doctors, holistic practitioners, yoga teachers, dieticians, and anyone else looking to implement the wonders of Ayurveda in their lives. Through this course, participants will develop a robust understanding of Ayurvedic psychology, how to implement it in modern society, and the ways it can improve the personal and professional lives of those who practice it. By the time the course is over, they’ll have a stronger, more holistic relationship with their minds, their bodies, and their souls through their knowledge of Ayurvedic consultancy. She already has successful Ayurvedic consultants practicing all over the world.
As an introduction, she’s offering access to her exclusive Facebook group, which includes a FREE three-day introduction to Ayurvedic consultancy, special events, numerous free lessons, and more!
In addition to the ten-week course, participants will receive a full year of access to online materials to help them with their Ayurvedic studies, recorded weekly live classes, three one-on-one coaching sessions, over seven hours of video lectures, group support via a private WhatsApp group, and more!
“The course emphasizes how to communicate Ayurveda to modern society–especially those living in the busy west, so they can understand it and implement it in their day-to-day life,” she says. “Whether you just want to know more about Ayurveda so you can improve your own physical and emotional health, or you would like to use this Ayurvedic Consultant Course as your first step on the path to making this your career, this is the perfect place to start!”
