Free Remote Workplace Success Summit For People

Starting April 29th, People Managing People (a community and online hub for people passionate about organizational culture) is hosting its inaugural Remote Workplace Success Summit, a free event for managers, leaders, and HR folks who want to create vibrant remote workplaces.

In a world embracing remote as the new normal, the event speakers will tackle the question –

“How can we create and cultivate a workplace environment and organizational culture that promotes employee success while leading remotely?”

The summit will span four sessions on April 29th, May 6th, May 13th, and May 20, where speakers will explore employee onboarding, employee engagement, employee wellness, and leadership skills and training through the lens of remote work.

Each session will include 1-2 presentations from industry experts, a panel discussion, and a live Q&A session.

Guest speakers include diversity and inclusion expert Anthony Clay (Co-founder of Microsoft’s BlackLight community), learning and development pro Eric Grant (Senior Customer Success Manager @ LinkedIn), and Airbnb’s former Chief Ethics Officer Rob Chesnut.

The summit is an opportunity to engage with the latest ideas surrounding remote work from people & culture leaders, and to get tips, tricks, and tools for remotely growing people & culture. Attendees will also get the chance to talk directly with advanced practitioners and advisors who are influencing the industry.

This event aims to help organizational leaders gain a better understanding of how to create and cultivate a successful remote workplace environment.
