The best names in the real estate industry come together and announce the launch of Mortflix Streaming Services, a brand-new streaming platform and the one-stop resource for all things housing and real estate. It is the premier online TV network completely dedicated to the live broadcast of highly curated mortgage and real estate content in the country.
Founded by mortgage and real estate industry expert Marvin Colon, the idea for Mortflix was formed in the early 2000s — when Colon was hosting a Central Florida AM radio show in 2003 to promote his real estate and mortgage business.
Moving forward to 2019, he decided to build a state-of-the-art live streaming studio in his former mortgage office. He wanted it to be distinct from the usual content found on YouTube or Facebook and build something bigger and highly educational for the average subscriber. This vision led him to open Mortflix Streaming Services with a full lineup of cross-connected OTT apps from ROKU, AppleTV, Amazon FireTv and iTunes video and audio as well as all top podcasting apps like Spotify, iHeartRadio and TuneIn Radio.
The streaming service is also very proud of its newest interactive app, Live.Mortflix.com, where specialized content creators can host live streaming events and interact with viewers via chat.
In just two years, Mortflix has evolved into a full media company with services such as private label virtual streaming and corporate channel acquisitions, where businesses can own their own content channel inside Mortflix. This allows them to avoid the high cost of building their own applications platform and save hundreds of thousands of dollars. There is an in-house production company that will produce original content for Mortflix and its clients. Advertising services are also available, where clients can promote their products and services inside Mortflix’s channels.
Currently, Mortflix is actively working on getting highly curated content from various national providers in the housing industry in the U.S. and Canada. And the streaming platform aims to expand to global content partners at some point in 2022. For the time being, the service is completely free for all users. They can stream all the content they want with the exemption of premium content behind a small fee paywall.
Some high-quality films and shows featured on the platform are Extreme Home Makeover in 3 Weeks! Uplift Mission #1, Monday Marketing with Mitch Peek, Fintech Fridays with Brian Vieaux, The Morning Drive with Jason Frazier, What’s your why Wednesdays with Laura Brandao and Mortgage Talk Live.
Mortflix Streaming Services is streaming to 17 cross-connected apps, including Roku, Apple TV, Amazon FireTv, iTunes video and audio, Spotify, iHearthRadio, TuneIn Radio, iOS, Android and more.
