April 28, 2021 – East County Transitional Living Center is thrilled to be hosting an event this Saturday, May 1st, 2021, in conjunction with Painting With A Twist and sponsored by the Swenson Children’s Foundation. The event funded by the foundation will include two sessions of easy-to-follow painting classes for children ages 7-15 who reside at East County Transitional Living Center. Jennifer and Tom Angelopoulos, from Painting With A Twist, will lead the classes starting at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm in the community room at ECTLC.
East County Transitional Living Center is excited to host an event with these great organizations. The Swenson Children’s Foundation that is funding the event contributes to the community in various ways and through philanthropic efforts. Their contributions are in line with their mission, which is to build and strengthen the community, bringing together people who want to make a difference in the world by educating and empowering our children. Their efforts extend across different cities in California and help serve Under-Served, Mentally, and Physically Challenged, and at-Risk Youth.
ECTLC is grateful for the contributions of the Swenson Children’s Foundation and Paint With a Twist that will give the kids at ECTLC a special day to have a creative outlet and enjoy fun party decor and treats.
