Jacksonville, FL, USA – May 3, 2021 – Dr. Emmanuel Nzuzu, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addiction Specialist, brings more than a decade of experience and knowledge in his video five-part series How to Stay Sober. The five-part video series is set to premiere Monday, May 3, 2021, on Youtube. His book, How to Stay Sober, published last fall by Absolute Author Publishing House, spearheaded this series produced by Dr. Melissa Caudle, who also serves as host for the series. Nzuzu says, “I specialize in helping people to effectively deal with destructive-dysfunctional thought patterns and behaviors related to alcohol and drug use.”
When it comes to sobriety, the statistics are staggering; fifty to ninety percent of people who reach sobriety relapse within a year after successfully completing a treatment program. Nzuzu hopes to change this somber rate. “I wrote How to Stay Sober knowing the staggering statistics. My goal was to create a new model of treatment and help those struggling with sobriety. The book is a self-help book that focuses on changing your thought patterns and attitude about drinking. And now, the five-part series helps individuals in another capacity.”
As a solution-focused therapist, Nzuzu offers real help to those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction in How to Stay Sober, the series and the book. Nzuzu also has the accompanying workbook How to Stay Sober, which guides the reader through several stages to change their thinking and behavior.
