Today, IRIS CRM announces a new feature to provide ISOs with a faster, more convenient way to send multiple documents for merchants to e-sign as part of the onboarding process.
ISO teams can now combine multiple onboarding documents on the fly, and send one link with the combined documents as a single PDF for merchants to e-sign and submit. In the past, ISOs would have to send multiple emails and links whenever they needed a merchant to sign multiple documents as part of the onboarding process.
“We are constantly striving to provide ISOs with best-in-class tools that help grow their business at an accelerated pace,” said Dimitri Akhrin, IRIS CRM’s Founder and President. “The ability to create combined PDFs with every document a merchant needs to sign in one link will make the e-sign process far more efficient and convenient for both the merchant and the ISO.”
Onboarding documents can include MPAs, POS agreements, lease agreements, gateway agreements, and any other relevant documents that a merchant would need to sign as part of their onboarding process. Users can select documents to combine, reorder them to their preference, and generate an ready-to-send email via a convenient popup in just a few clicks.
Once the merchant signs the documents via the combined PDF, the signed documents and any added attachments will be imported back into IRIS CRM both as a combined signed file as well as separate signed files – ready to be sent to the relevant payment processors, gateways, or value-added services providers to onboard the merchant.
