Vanilla Bean Patisserie is staying true to their goal of delivering a mouthwatering experience to as many people as possible across Ireland as the company is set to launch new products as part of the “Grow with Aldi” program. The product will be officially launched on June 6th and will be available in all the 145 Aldi stores across the nation.
“Grow with Aldi” is a small and medium-sized supplier development program created to give suppliers a chance to reach a wider audience. Aldi partners with suppliers to deliver quality Irish products through its 145 stores nationwide. Following the launch of the program, Aldi will select up to five suppliers who will be listed as part of the core range. Therefore, it is a big deal for Kristijan Kodric and his team at Vanilla Bean Patisserie to be among the selected few to start the program.
The newly introduced products to be included in the “Grow with Aldi” program are Lemon curd, Lime curd, and Passion fruit curd, as Vanilla Bean Patisserie looks to get their award-winning curds to more customers across Ireland. The curds from Vanilla Bean Patisserie are premium quality, hand-cooked to a secret recipe developed by the owner and master pastry chef, Kristijan Kodric. The curds have enjoyed rave reviews from some of the best chefs in the country, including Philip Brazil (Executive chef, K Club), Shane Smith (Celebrity chef), and Aaron Duffy (Executive chef, Castle Leslie Estate). They have also gained recognition across the nation, recently nominated for “Blas na hEireann” awards 2021.
