Eshan Ravuri and Dhruv Gupta from the University of Georgia (UGA) are the co-founders and masterminds behind Paris Watch Co: a luxury watch brand that is challenging the destructive environmental narrative of the men’s fashion industry.
Appalled by the lack of ethical practices of luxury timepiece brands, Ravuri and Gupta envisioned disrupting the men’s fashion industry and took on the challenge of creating a premium luxury watch brand built on strong ethics and morals.
Alongside their classic, meticulously hand-crafted timepieces, Paris Watch Co launched their newest collection, Timber, which features hand-crafted wood watches made sustainably with recycled wood, free of toxic and artificial materials. No two Timber watches will ever look the same. Each one in the collection is completely unique in its own way. With this new green initiative, Paris Watch Co has pledged to plant 10 trees for every Timber watch sold.

The co-founders knew exactly how the industry operated, what was lacking, and what was needed in 2021’s luxury watch market. Ravuri and Gupta set out to create a brand that sets an individual apart from the crowd and turned to the iconic fashion capital, Paris, to take inspiration from.
Timepieces are nothing less than prominent in today’s male wardrobe. Looking back at previous generations, watches have always held a significant amount of power. Today, even more so due to social media being so highly prevalent in everyone’s lives. However, top-name fashion brands are still creating cookie-cutter watch models that look good at first but are nothing less than generic and boring – two terms no gentleman wants to be described as. A man’s watch does not just tell the time of day. An elegant timepiece that was created ethically and backed by artistry is what differentiates the average man from a charming, morally driven one, just like the car he drives or the whiskey he drinks.
Working with some of the top developers and agencies in the industry, Paris Watch Co will be expanding its collection line to woman’s luxury watches by November of 2021 to match the owner’s personality, identity, class, and sophistication in a novel way.
