ANIL UZUN has been working for restaurants and counseling professional chefs and restaurants on healthy and eco-friendly food for many years. Today he is very proud to announce that he has been chosen as a jury for the annual recipe contest by Şefler Birliği.
ANIL UZUN says “I am very honored to be asked to judge a recipe contest. Şefler Birliği (Union for Chefs) has kindly inquired if I was available to help out with their Cookbook Contest. I was available because was born to do this job.”
Şefler Birliği annual recipe contest is a local tradition by Turkish Chef that is celebrated with an organization to select the best new recipe of the year.
“I always wanted to experience a behind-the-scenes peek at this tradition, which is lovely and adventurous and shaped the culinary habits of Turkish people for a long time. I always like new recipes and as you know I develop recipes for Turkish food professionals. Inspiration via recipe is a culture now. I like to twist and turn a traditional recipe with fresh clippings and share my recipes in many ways now, including my books, my blog and user-generated recipe sites. I am too excited to taste the recipes that will enter the competition this year, and be a part of the tradition,” he continues.
