Recently, the scientific and technological achievements evaluation meeting was held for the “Environmentally friendly automotive energy-saving balance system – the development and industrialization of holographic energy-saving system”, which was hosted by China High-tech Industrialization Research Association and applied by Guangzhou Future New Energy Technology Co. The innovative technology won the unanimous affirmation of the participating experts, and successfully passed the evaluation of China’s scientific and technological achievements, and reached the domestic leading level.
The evaluation committee is composed of Yu Guang, Senior Engineer of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Wang Deyong, Researcher and Senior Engineer of Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, Dong Yiru, Researcher and Senior Engineer of Expert Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Chen Quanshi, Professor of Automotive Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, Song Zhongkui, Secretary General of China Energy Conservation Association, Hou Rui, Director of Machinery Industry Energy Conservation and Resource Utilization Center, Zhang Xuguo, Senior Engineer of China High-tech Industrialization Research Association, and other experts. They evaluated the scientific and technological achievements. Zhang Xinguo presided over the evaluation meeting, Yu Guang served as the director of the evaluation committee, Wang Deyong and Dong Yiru served as the deputy directors of the evaluation committee. During the evaluation, the evaluation committee listened to the technical summary report of the project completion unit, reviewed the evaluation materials, and formed the evaluation opinion after strict questioning and full discussion.
According to Du Junhua, chairman of Guangzhou Future New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, the environmentally friendly car energy-saving balance system consists of four parts: energy-saving chip, energy-saving earthworm, energy network and Hologhraphic liquid water. It is installed on the automobile without changing the original circuit of the automobile and replacing any parts in the automobile. It can also improve many performances of the automobile synchronously and orderly, and reduce the carbonization reaction caused by insufficient combustion, so that the automobile can achieve the effect of energy saving and environmental protection under orderly balance. Tested by the National Center for Automotive Quality Supervision and Inspection, the system not only meets the standard requirements for multi-purpose passenger car starting exhaust pollutant emissions at room temperature, but also has obvious effect in fuel consumption and CO2 emission of light vehicles.
The evaluation committee believes that this technology has independent intellectual property rights and its technical level has reached the leading position in China. It has great significance, remarkable economic and social benefits and broad application prospects. Therefore, the evaluation committee unanimously agreed that it passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
The project of “Environmentally friendly automotive energy-saving balance system – the development and industrialization of holographic energy-saving system” has successfully passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, which has laid a solid foundation for China Guangzhou Future New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which marked a new breakthrough in the field of automobile energy saving technology in China and would greatly promote the energy saving and intelligent development of the global automobile industry.

It is a science and technology-oriented legal association registered by the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs according to the law and supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology, with wide social connections and influence.
In order to accelerate the transformation of government functions and promote the development and construction of social professional evaluation institutions, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China started the pilot work of scientific and technological achievements evaluation in October 2009, and made good progress. On July 15, 2014, the National Science and Technology Awards Office of China issued a document to carry out the second phase of scientific and technological achievements evaluation pilot work. In view of its long-term performance in scientific and technological achievements evaluation consulting work and the foundation of multi-disciplinary experts, China High-tech Industrialization Research Association became one of the second phase of scientific and technological achievements evaluation pilot units.
