And in an effort to share this to others, Haumea Athletics, led by Joie Lee Ruggiero, decided to launch The Manifestation Workout, a 5-week online course for those who want to boost their manifestation practice through their workout. “Even if yoga isn’t your thing, at the heart of every pillar of traditional fitness is a deep and meaningful yogic principle,” says Ruggiero.
With the goal of “inspiring people through the interwoven landscapes of physical fitness and spirituality,” this course is divided into three guided phases – Generate, Organize, and Deliver – where participants get to set goals and personal mantras, actively work on achieving these goals, and feel the joys of living in the present.
