“My first direct-to-consumer Private Label Balsamic Vinegar has been carefully curated by vinegar experts around the world. The selection is carefully crafted and bottled in Gokceada, Turkey and will be added to serve in the restaurants that I work. The Private Label Balsamic Label – ANIL consists of two white and four red vinegars. Handpicked by the most distinguished connoisseurs, and ANIL UZUN himself, creates a stunning palate of delicate flavors.
ANIL UZUN continues, “Each grape has been carefully hand-picked. The selection was procured and bottled exclusively in the vineyard of the sole wine producer in Gokceada, Barba Yorgo. Gokceada is famous for its grains, olives, wine, and grapes. Kalabaki, Vasilaki and Mavropali are known as the wine grapes of Gokceada and are the ingredients of Private Label Balsamic Vinegar – ANIL.
